The beginnings of BrickWorld date back to 1975, when Paul Bollen founded the  independent brick manufacturing company.

Our philosophy has always been to offer the “full programme”: a broad selection of specialities such as hand-made, old style and rare bricks in unusual shapes and colours and high quality contemporary bricks. We’re internationally experienced through the involvement in various worldwide projects, such as the construction of the Huis Ten Bosch – Holland Village in Japan.

As a result of our market approach and firm competencies, BrickWorld won the Anglo-Dutch award for Enterprise, given by the Netherlands- British Chamber of Commerce in 1998.
